Ingredients
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups pecan halves, toasted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

- Drop and set: Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the praline mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or a silicone mat. Allow them to cool and set at room temperature for at least 1 hour or until firm.
