Ingredients

Scale

Beef Patties

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Season and form patties: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently to evenly distribute the seasoning without overworking the meat. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a patty about 3/4 inch thick.
  2. Place patties in air fryer: Arrange the formed patties in a single layer inside the basket of your air fryer, making sure they do not overlap for even cooking.
  3. Cook the patties: Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook the patties for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time. Cook until the patties are nicely browned on the outside and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) for safe consumption.

Notes

  • For juicier burgers, avoid pressing the patties down during cooking.
  • Cooking times may vary slightly depending on the air fryer model.
  • Allow patties to rest for a few minutes after cooking to redistribute the juices.
  • Add your favorite toppings and buns to turn these patties into classic hamburgers.
