  • 1 cup grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1/4 cup basil (finely chopped)

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup balsamic dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the drained and rinsed garbanzo beans, diced zucchini, diced red bell pepper, finely diced sweet yellow onion, halved grape tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese. Stir gently to mix all the ingredients evenly.
  2. Add basil and dressing: Add the finely chopped basil to the bowl. Drizzle the balsamic dressing over the salad. Toss everything together carefully to evenly coat the salad with the dressing and distribute the basil throughout.
  3. Chill and serve: Let the salad rest in the refrigerator for at least 10 to 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. When ready to serve, toss the salad once more to redistribute the dressing. Serve chilled and enjoy!
