Brownie Batter
- 1 cup Nutella (hazelnut spread)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Nutella and melted butter until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually fold in the flour until the batter is completely combined and smooth, ensuring no lumps remain.
- Prepare Pan: Lightly grease or line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking. Pour the brownie batter evenly into the pan and spread it out with a spatula for an even layer.
- Bake: Place the pan in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the brownies are set but still moist in the center. Insert a toothpick into the center; it should come out with a few moist crumbs but no wet batter.
- Cool and Serve: Remove the pan from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely on a wire rack before cutting into squares. This helps them set properly and makes slicing easier.
Notes
- Use room temperature eggs for easier mixing.
- Do not overmix the batter to keep brownies tender.
- For extra fudginess, reduce flour to 1/3 cup.
- Optionally, add chopped nuts or chocolate chips for texture.
- Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
