Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Form Patties: Shape the mixture into evenly sized patties, about 8 in total, making sure they are compact and uniform to ensure even cooking.
  3. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F) for about 3-5 minutes to ensure an even cooking temperature.
  4. Cook the Rissoles: Place the chicken patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch. Air fry at 180°C (356°F) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the rissoles are golden brown and cooked through with an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
