Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten. Cook the eggs in a skillet over medium heat until softly set, stirring gently. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Assemble the Stromboli: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle about 12×16 inches. Spread the cooked eggs evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the cooked meat and cheese on top.
  3. Roll the Dough: Starting from one of the long edges, carefully roll the dough into a tight log, sealing the edges to contain the filling.
